Ultra II

In 2011 The Ultra Foundation created the first corporate owned super hero, and promptly titled him, Ultra. The Ultra Foundation has many interests to include military contracts, and nuclear fusion practices. Their first entry into the Ultra program seemed a success, until the recruit went mad with the power and had to eventually be put down by the Foundation through private means.

In 2015, the Ultra Foundation has refined the Ultra power program and have hand selected a new recruit to be the face of the Foundation in the super powered community. The newest person to be titled Ultra is David Freeman. David is a graduate from Northwestern, and served his country with the US Army before applying for a job as head of security with the Ultra Foundation. Freeman was hand selected after a lengthy selection process and underwent the secret program to empower him with the Ultra powers.

Freeman is now Ultra II and has been a much better applicant for the Ultra powers program. He is a stable minded, and motivated employee with the best interests of the Ultra Foundation in mind.

Ultra II is capable of supersonic flight, incredible strength, and able to discharge energy blasts from his hands.
