Here is part one of my submission for :iconkostmeyer: 's Secret Wars Jam (chapter 5). The past four chapters have had the heroes pushed to their limits through capture and torture, as well as their headquarters being destroyed. For this chapter I wanted to have The Canadian rally the troops, and kind of pick them up and brush them off.

I had Canadian take off his mask to show that he was human, and that he was just as tired and beat up as the others. (hopefully I accomplished that here).

The next page I plan on getting the rest of the heroes organized and focused. Stay tuned...

I love this page. The Canadian is usually very speechy, but I really like the humanizing side, the proud of you side, and the way he talks. Great page ^^

Heroic, inspirational, and humbling.

The only question is will the speech work?

Great page - I like the fact that he takes his mask off to add impact to the end of his speech - looking them in the eye, so to speak! The Canadian is really stepping up here - will his team come together nowor will they continue to argue among themselves?
