Liberty and American Steel

Liberty and American Steel, America's answer to the super powered persons growth within the country! The country's rapid response team that is charged with the direct security of the nation and the ability to defend the country against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Liberty is a super human with the ability to generate fire but lacked the control to harness and direct the flames. With the help of several scientists and other heroes hired by the government, she was given a torch to help focus her abilities. With the liberty torch she is able to harness her powers into several forms such as steady bursts of fire, and rapid successions of softball sized fireballs.

American Steel, is a disabled veteran who lost both of his arms in an IED attack in the early push into Iraq. Through science and the help of the US government, American Steel was given two cybernetic arms that are capable of great feats of strength.   

Liberty and Steel grew extremely close through their training together, and were married upon completion of their training programs. Together they are an unstoppable team capable of tremendous acts in defense of their country.
